I liked that it was very close to NASA. It was very easy for us to shuttle back and forth. The staff were alright, could've been better. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel overall.
Negatives:
Our room AC barely worked. It didn't cool the room enough when the outside temperature was over 100 degrees. When we complained, nothing got fixed. Also the laundry and vending machine prices were OUTRAGEOUS. We had to pay $6 for both washing and drying our clothes. We payed $3 for a very small bottle of water. Also, the free breakfast wasn't even proper breakfast. They had Itty bitty muffins and nutrigrain bars. For the price the hotel is charging, you would expect much more from free breakfast. All in all, this was a 2 star experience.

This location is close to the space center. The rooms were clean.
Negatives:
Breakfast was hot water and a hot chocolate or decaf instant coffee packet. There was an oatmeal packet option and nutragrain bars. No swimming pool. Had to wait about 5 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk.
