After Monday, Nov 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: I can't say I liked anything, because everything was a total disappointment.

Negatives: Dirty facilities, with an unbearable cigarette smell. Dirty coffee station. There was shouting. Fights, washing machines running at late hours and everything could be heard. It was terrible.The carpet was very dirty and gave off a terrible smell.

Negatives: My reservation was not held by the place, and I was told that upon arrival to the hotel, so I had to go to a different place. Personnel was very disrespectful, unhelping and confrontational. On top of that, they charged me for the no-show! Terrible experience. Will never, ever book with them again.
