The property was close to where i had to go

It was not clean, there was ants crawling up the walls and i had to move to another room just to find in the bed dirty covers that had blood stain and red stains, very pissed off about that and the pool was closed

power failure due to the storm -they claim the generator failed and we had to find a different place to stay because not only did the electricity fail -we also had no water pressure - they also put bogus charges of $10 and $15- we tried to call and there was only a fast busy tone,-we deserve a refund

Good location near I 10 and the West Beltway.
Negatives:
First room smelled like dog urine. Replacement room was clean, but the lock up top was broken off and the deadbolt near the door handle did not work. Also shower knob was broken. Also, pool and hot tub are were closed with a notice by the health dept!

Hard to be positive after a very unpleasant stay. They allowed pets.
Negatives:
The entire checkin process was horrendous. Checkin should have been available beginning at 3pm. Our first room wasnt ready until after 4 pm. We didnt get into our 2nd room until after 7 pm. On top of that, our second room type that was booked was change

The location. It is near some restaurants and a coffee shop. The size of the room is just okay. But we expected more on the overall look and feel, since we experienced staying at Four Points in a different location which I would say, a lot better.
Negatives:
The shower was defective, good thing we were able to request and transfer to another room.
