The location was great. Centrally located to restaurants, stores, and the airport.
Negatives:
The front desk clerk was very dry at check-in. Not welcoming at. There was no ice in the entire hotel, which wasn't stated during check-in. The towels were so old until they looked dirty and used. Those throw pillows that they are using for sleeping pillows are shameful. Stains all over the carpet.

Breakfast was blah. No syrup for waffles. Your options were cereal, a waffle, yogurt, or oatmeal. Has a breakfast station set up that is empty so pretty much for decoration. They're just changing over so things will change I'm sure but overall still 8 out of 10 for the money.

Staff had an attitude, some guy standing in the lobby staring at everyone with his hand inside his bag like he wanted to do us something . His eyes followed us up the elevator. The kids were scared. The room I requested was not granted . When I went down to the lobby to tell the guy at the front desk he had an attitude . So we left. Will never stay at the property again.

Even though room was clean & the entire hotels now designated as being non-smoking, my room definitely had a smokey smell to it like it used to be a smoking room once b4 whenever was owned by another company. Am worried wont get my $100 deposit back

Rooms had a unpleasant smell, moldy, wet couch, carpets super dirty and the toilet was leaking, parking lot filled with waste all over, the swimming pool super dirty, hallways smelled like marijuana, ice machines did not work, sheets stained. NEVER AGAIN
