Positives: I really liked how ruled and hostile this hotel front desk staff can get, especially when they don't want to bother looking into double charging they have done to me upon trying to check in.
Negatives: First when I tried to check in. They explain to me in this way "okay we're going to have charge you for the hotel rates & vice versa", I was confused because I thought they ment a pre-authoritarian charge aka hold only for accidental event! But I ask back if they were going to reimburse me back at the end of my check out, and the hotel staff nodded yes to me. BUT NO, they literally charged me 197$ of the same amount I ALREADY paid thru booking.com First I tried calling the hotel directly to ask about this fee but they were like "no we dont do that and our systems show you got your money back after the check out, blahblah blah and tell me the money should arrive soon" I reply Okay and wait days and still no money and im working overtime as well because I'm living under a budget, so i dont have time to handle this and think the money should arrive soon, but nope! 2 weeks go by, i tried calling the hotel again about the double charge and theyre still trying to push it off and giving me an attitude. I eventually got in touch with the manager as well, but she was so annoyed and told me "our systems are down so i can only look into it later" She sounded so angry and i couldnt understand her to begin with. So i tried getting my bank involved and they failed as well because it was a charge that was under authorization by "me" and they for couldnt get it money back.. sounds silly but legal reasons, but this isnt still wasnt right by what was done to me! So this hotel mightve done this type of charges to multiple times too, because not long after checking in, another older couple tried to check in but was frustrated when they got told something and i think it was about them being double charge as well. But long story short, its been amost 2 months since this hotel took my money and i had to contact booking.
