Positives:
Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Mattress was horrible. It was old and had giant sunk in spots. Giant dip toward the headboard and right in the middle. The foot of the bed was actually higher than the head of the bed. Spent the night trying not to roll into the hole. My wife and I both woke up in pain. A mattress can make or break your stay. This one almost broke us.

The best attribute was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were almost all just terrific.

Breakfast was practically inedible. The room was in a poor state of maintenance, with loose bathroom sink fixture, for example.

We were centrally located between family members we were visiting. The hotel was very clean, a kind staff, a decent breakfast, and so far, the best hotel coffee I've ever had. And I'm a coffee snob. The price was perfect.

I wish the included breakfasts were not all the same or at least tastes better.
