My reservations were canceled twice and there was not any good communication. The ladies at the front desk tried but did not try good enough. When I told them that I went through booking.com and had proof, also spoke with the operations manager of the hotel, it was still a hassle. The girl was supposed to call booking and did not. We ended up paying so that we can just in the room, but it was resolved. Just too much.

The lady who checked us in was very rude. She was on her phone, the entire time and ignoring her customers as they walked in once I got to my room the room smell like mildew. The carpet in the rooms were damp to as if some pipe busted or something and they werent dryer properly. We had to walk around with shoes.The restroom floors were slippery like they needed to be cleaned really good. I had to go ask for a clean towels because the towels that were in my room were damp like if somebody used them, folded them and put them back on front, Dess was not happy about that as well. It was very disappointing for a Hampton

I love my room very clean. Smelled well comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. The air conditioner wow amazing. The service was amazing very helpful. The morning lady was very helpful and best of all was the young lady with white turban she was amazing. Helpful for everything and went beyond to accommodate thank you so much. Will recommend to family and friends.
