I loved the aroma of the room as well as the ability to control the thermostat below 74! The room was clean, organized, sanitary and I felt like the staff was genuinely concerned with my feelings during my visit.
Negatives:
The WiFi wasn't as advertised. I imagine sales would increase with the addition of an un-throttled internet experience for all guests. I cannot speak for all but I can speak for those related to me by blood or business that WiFi is a determining factor in choosing where to stay.

Clean, decent facilities. Staff was friendly and the room as pictured.
Negatives:
I booked the rate with the breakfast included but when we checked in, the front desk didn't advise that I would need to get vouchers in order to get the breakfast. When we came down in the morning, we found out that we needed to get the vouchers from the checkin line. Unfortunately, the line was too long as we had to check-out so would not have had time for breakfast itself. Disappointed that front-desk didn't advise this of us when we checked in. Walls are very thin as we heard most of the conversations/TV next door.

Noisy. Staff not doing anything about it. Hotel didn’t react to the ask to reserve a room without connecting door.

Only if you need to...
Positives:
We didn’t have breakfast because we left at 5 AM before breakfast was being served. We didn’t have time to eat anyhow we like the location because it was five minutes away from the airport. I was disappointed that I had to pay for parking.
Negatives:
I didn’t think that I should’ve had to pay for parking when I paid for a room. I also extremely disappointed that the ice machines were broken and out of order.
