Close to place I was visiting

Staff was rude. The place was disgusting. Im handicapped and had to go down to the lobby twice, once to get pillows and once to get blankets. They said only one person was working in the whole building and they couldnt bring anything to me.

The only complaint I havr is that there was a strong odor of weed, getting on and off of the elevators.

There isn't an option to place your food from the room. You have to go down stairs just to look at the menu, place your order and wait for your food. Would be convenient for people who don't want to eat downstairs to place their food from their room.
