Our room didn't have hot water the 2nd night after being out all day. Complained to the front desk who only wanted to give a us a room upgrade at 10pm. We refused because we were not moving all 4 of our bags at that late at night. Transfered to another room on day 3 of out 3 night stay after waking up our room not having hot water still after we were told the hot water wpuld be fixed in the morning. Came back late and the room didn't have air conditioning. Couldn't speak to the general manager for a refund. Got a call after pressing into Hilton 6 days later only to get a rude and sexist general manager who refused to speak to and was rude to my wife.
Also, the complimentary breakfast was actually $10

I was not aware they don't clean the room every day, which was the first time I had this in a hotel.

The staff were very inconsiderate. A lot of the obscene things that were happening they didnt have answers for and they didnt have digital or paper trails.
