The bathtub drain Stopper didn't work correctly, so the water started to accumulate. I called the front desk, and they sent an engineer to solve it, which he did. Everything else was perfect.

1. Breakfast was bad, it’s actually tiny buffet where you cant get any drink by yourself. Servers will bring you a cup of coffee alone with check asking for tips even if your breakfast was included when you booked a room. You pay $30 for very poor breakfast option with expectation to pay 25% extra tip for cup of coffee.
On top of it server was very loud and made very weird comments that the entire restaurant could hear that made me feel super uncomfortable.
2. Room with balcony turned to be just a locked glass door to the roof. I specifically books room with balcony but got locked glass door with no view.
