Positives:
Comfy beds, great breakfast. Powerful shower.
Negatives:
Stains on furniture, safe inside room broken, looking tired. Worst thing was noise from parking lot outside Friday to Sunday till early hours. Police appeared to disperse cars but they came back with their loud music and engine revving. If your room faces parking lot then go to reception and ask to be moved unless you are a heavy sleeper.

Perfect stay
Positives:
Rooms are big and loved having a kitchen! The location was amazing for us and we could walk to our destination. Went for an Astros game and we could walk to ball park. Staff was nice especially the front desk and valet.
Negatives:
Valet parking is the only option and it's expensive at 55 per night. However, it is downtown so understandable.
