There is a very old and stale odor throughout the entire hotel. Could you some renovations. I had an issue with the tv not working in the first room. In the second room, the latch on the door lock malfunctioned. Needless to say, I left after an hour on the property and got a room at the nearby Westin hotel.

A great stay!
Positives:
We’re relocating to Texas to get away from abuse. We have no family or friends here so the city is NEW to us. The property was in a nice location, this made it easy to get to things in the city and decreased my anxiety.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn’t like about the property is how long it took the staff to get us extra rags. We’d called the first night for rags and had to call a whole day plus 4 additional times to get wash rags.

It was close to the mall and restaurants we wanted to go to.

It wasn't cleaned thoroughly, the trim was coming off the wall, the furniture was a little dated, you have to hunt for an ice machine, it's a pain getting to the parking garage from the hotel, the hotel is in an odd spot..you could easily pass it by, and some of the staff were not friendly at all.

The staff was friendly the location was good pretty good breakfast
Negatives:
1. I didn't like the fact that the fitted sheet had holes all through them and the mattresses were stained( my kids were scared to sleep in their bed)
2. I did not like the fact that the shower head was falling off and it had a big gap between the fixture and the wall( my children were scared to take a shower cuz they thought something was going to come through that gaping hole)
3. It was supposed to check in at 3:00 did not check in until 4:00 that was very disappointing especially I have been on the road for 10 hours and then had to wait to get my room that was reserved a month prior.
In this economy it is hard to do anything especially take a vacation with three children as a single parent I saved for my children to go on a vacation and they did not enjoy themselves due to the room this was not a pleasant vacation due to the amenities of the hotel . I could have saved $200 by staying at a Comfort Inn
