Location. The suite was good and the place was OK in general.
Negatives:
The chlorine in the pool was very strong. On two nights, the shower wasn't working, and someone came to have it repaired. It was whilst my family was asleep, so it was a bit inconvenient. The guys were efficient, but it shows that some maintenance is required on the property.

Great location near the Galleria
Positives:
Its good located, we were nearby of The gallery Mall, so we could go walking. We had good restaurants and more fun stuff to do around.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that they never clean the room, not even once, every day we except someone to do the housekeeping or whatever and they never showed up, I called requesting it and before I leave I let them know about that situation because it wasn’t pleasure not having a clean room, they told me the manager will call me to fix the issue this happened June 25th we are in July 22nd almost a month later and they haven’t called me, so in average was good, but if you don’t have a clean room you will not been comfortable
