The toilet over flowed on me as soon as I got there. My deposit still has no been returned to me. No mini bar like described. There were some kind of bugs crawling around the restroom floor.

The room I paid for was suppose to come with a microwave and the room they gave me didn’t have one and they didn’t even try to accommodate it!
The tub was a little rusted and had peeling paint ! Paid a resort fee and spa fee for a BS 4 ft outdated pool nothing like the pictures at all foggy pool water!! The room I paid for totaled out 740.00 w/ incidental charges and it was not a suite at all just a king bed a stained couch and desk very overpriced and over rated check in took me atleast 40 minutes due to one receptionist!!!

When we got our rooms. There was one of them occupied and no one knew. So we got the key and there was other guests inside our room... And In 4 days there.. Both of our rooms were never cleaned even after asking every day!

The service was very lacking. The valet tried to get me to pay him directly and pocket money for the self-parking. The room service never answered the phone, and when I went downstairs to order they knew nothing. The staff working there were very unprofessional. I can see why they are closing. The vibe of the hotel was very sketchy and almost illicit activities were going on here.
