Dirty! Unsafe area with armed security that would follow me to my car, like I was a criminal. Front desk attendant was very rude and condescending.

Poor guest services. room did not have an iron, shower handle was stuck in the ON position and the shower ran for almost 5hrs..maintenance left for the night w/o repairing so we had to pack up and move to another room at 1am and never got the iron

Very dirty, old, smells bad, and parking are paid. Plus they charged me very to much then it was listed online. The 3rd day after checked out they charged me over 50 dollars without sending any email or recipe explaining what for.

The common areas of the hotel were nice, staff was friendly, and food was great.
Negatives:
This is not a 4 star hotel. The sheets are dingy, towels are threadbare, and the room was outdated. I am disappointed that I believed the rating and booked the hotel thinking I would have nice accommodations. Holiday Inn Express would be a better option.

One of the main things that I didnt like about my hotel experience was that I paid for a SUPERIOR king room, instead I was put in a standard room. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday over the weekend and the hotel was definitely lack luster

This is not a 4 star hotel. It was gross. They wouldn't let me check in early at 1:30 pm without a 50 dollar fee. Then another 20 dollar fee for wifi, pool, breakfast. Which I'm not using any. I ended up checking out. I would never stay there again.

Pool was cold and pool area was not very clean. Pool much smaller that what the pictures look like online. Bathroom in the room showed a lot of wear and could probably use some maintenance.

I came in on Saturday and it was quite bustling with the Houston livestock show and rodeo going on...

The hotel is horribly loud, slamming of doors from 2 am til I left around 8 am...My next door neighbors came in around 4 am was really loud, laughing and partying...I was highly disappointed especially as expensive it was...$30/night overnight parking...
