Exceptional
Positives:
Several restaurants within walking distance. Quiet area. At reception they took good care of our comments.
Negatives:
The layout of the suite-style room, where the bed faces the next room and the other room's TV could be heard perfectly. The good thing is that the hotel immediately corrected the situation with the guest when this was observed.

Negatives:
The rooms were decent, nice space. Breakfast was mediocre, staff at breakfast weren't that nice, quite rude. Our first night we barely slept. The room we had was VERY loud. We were walled up against the elevator section which also had the ice machine so you could hear the ice machine functioning very clearly through the wall. The entire night. We ended up not even staying the second night and leaving at 8pm because the person in the next room was smoking weed and it covered our room with the smell. With our kids. They also were having a party, cussing and yelling on the phone with people. My fiance said we weren't going to not sleep again so we got our things together and checked out and drove 3 hours home. Kind of unfortunate. Definitely a waste of $213, for one miserable night of sleep.

Amazing staff and stay!!
Positives:
good breakfast
Negatives:
We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon check-in, we paid for the entire stay along with a $100 deposit. However, every single day, we faced issues with our room access cards, which mysteriously stopped working each evening. This forced us to return to the reception daily, where we had to argue with different receptionists to regain access to our room.
Despite having a booking confirmation and proof that our account was charged, the hotel repeatedly claimed that we had not paid. Each day, they insisted on additional payments, promising to refund us later. Unfortunately, we initially paid extra, but after realizing something was off, we blocked our cards to prevent further unauthorized charges. The situation reached its peak on our final night when they falsely claimed our reservation was only for 2 nights and demanded more payments, plus an additional deposit.
The primary person responsible for this mess was Defeny, who was acting as the temporary manager. I have never encountered someone so rude, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent in a customer-facing role. She wasted nearly 5-6 hours of our time arguing with us, even threatening to call the police on two consecutive nights. We agreed, knowing we had done nothing wrong, but it was shocking to experience such hostility.
Throughout our stay, Defeny continued trying to charge our cards for random amounts—$100, $76, $7—despite our payment being fully settled. Thankfully, we had blocked our cards by then. Ultimately, we were refunded our deposits, but the entire ordeal was a stressful and chaotic experience that left us questioning the hotel's integrity.
In the end, we received our deposit back, but the stress and disrespect were unbearable. This hotel clearly lacks proper management and customer service training. We will never stay at a Hyatt again—this experience was truly the last straw.

Superb
Positives:
I did have a great experience with Nyla at the front desk. The room I was assigned didn't have working ac the first night. The next morning, I went to the desk, and Nyla switched my room without hesitation.
Negatives:
I booked a double queen room and was given a king because I was told that a large group was checking in, and they all requested 2 queens. I was put in a king with no ac. Yet the next morning at 6 am, I was switched to 2 queens by and desk clerk.
