Positives: The location.
Negatives: I made reservations for 3. There were only 2 towels in the room. When I requested more, I was told that they didn't have any because they are fully booked.

Negatives: Yes the elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor carrying a baby carrier and 5 suitcases up and down stairs was not the stay I was looking for. Also my kids were disappointed the pool was out of service which none of this was stated online.also dirty

Positives: It was close to a lot of the places we visited. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Great staff! We loved the breakfast!
Negatives: Checked in at 3:00 & being on the 3rd floor used the elevator, a couple of hours later, the elevator stopped working. People had to use the stairs the whole 2 days we were there. I have a bad knee and couldn't change rooms due to capacity.

Negatives: The room smelled of mildew and must. Not pleasant smell when walking, or waking up. We had the handicap accessible room so when we showered the water got all over the bathroom floor. No vent in the bathroom either. I was with my mom this trip

Positives: The bed was comfortable the breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly. The location was good
Negatives: The room smelled, I asked for some room freshener they gave me febreeze but it didn't help..The furniture was worn and old, My office chair had a tear and plastic peeling , there was hole in the curtain and knats were flying everywhere. The elevator was broken when I asked to just get one night and move to another hotel I was told I would be charged for the whole six days. The worst was my card was charged 3 times for nights when I had already paid in full. When I asked about at first they said they didn't know about it and then a computer glitch. The management was never available to address my issues. I will NEVER stay here again I recommend you pay the extra money and stay in a decent hotel. This place really supports the fact that you get what you pay for.
