Negatives: They had no contingency plan for a power outage. They refused service to me and my 72 year old mother leaving us abandoned in front of a dark hotel at 1am in the dark getting eaten by mosquitoes.

Positives: The room was spacious, very clean and neat. The bathroom was very good.
Negatives: Your staff placed us in a construction zone where they were working on other rooms above us and next to us. When we got there, we thought the noise would stop after a certain hour but it continued through the night and in the morning, and we got no sleep.

Positives: The location and the breakfast staff was very courteous.
Negatives: The hallways were filthy, the elevator was disgusting, and the bathroom had some mole above the shower. Make sure you keep your shows or socks on your feet.

Positives: The location is very practical, just a few minutes from the international airport. The breakfast is convenient and easy for when youre on short timing.
Negatives: The hotel is totally outdated, the carpet looks dirty and old, the rooms are definitely not as advertised in the pictures. The bathroom is old, theres water stains on the ceiling, a torn carpet, the shower head and shower curtain looked nasty. Cleanliness is not a priority in this place. There was a mini fridge in our room that was disgustingly dirty from like several months, no way I would put anything in there.
