We almost had an intruder come into our room, I was so scared at 3:30 am he tried to force himself in. And the air con was messed up. I wanted to speak to owner mr.bhakta with no avail. Front desk was no help. I will NEVER GO BACK.

No bar as advertised. It was just beer which there was no tender during business hrs. Had to leave at 5:30 a.m. and staff wouldn't even allow me to grab a yogurt cup from breakfast on my way out. Not s good value for the price.

Honestly there isn't much we liked.
Negatives:
I've managed Hilton properties for 10 years and this stay was horrible. At checking, we asked for extra keys and we're told they didn't have more. Staff was extremely lazy and rude. We found d hairs on our bedding, the bathroom floor was filthy and the second bed was way to close to the wall and hvac unit. The breakfast was sloppy, no waffle batter, runny oatmeal and just lacking overall. The pool, which we booked our stay based off was slimy and green and had stuff floating in it.

Positives:
Upon arrival staff friendly and knowledgeable. Nevertheless, toilet would not flush with pressure and I personally had to get a plunger and improve the pressure. The bed cover was torn and unusable and sheets not cleaned, stained. The rug needed deep cleaning and vacuumed. The couche was dirty and stained sunk in, really needs to be replaces and we had a suite.

The overall cleaning of prior to arrival and quality check on bed sheets not being stained. The cover for night warmth needs to be checked and replaced due to condition not usable. Had to get new one and plunge the toilet until it would work the first day?
