The place is very clean, airy, and modern. The breakfast is great. The staff was great. The room, bed, and shower were great. I appreciate the onsite mini store with food, beverages, and other items that one may forget to pack. The room size is big.
Negatives:
The first 2 nights during my stay, someone above me sounded like they were running. However, this was more of a client created issue instead of the hotel.

We could NEVER get towels!!! Like we could ONLY get towels once room service clean the room. I went to the front desk TWICE for towels, so we can shower before starting our day, but was told “I’ll let room service know” room service pickup the towels that we used but didn’t get more until she cleaned the room. 2 adults and 2 kids with only TWO face towels is unacceptable. We had to purchase towels elsewhere since we were limited at the location that’s charging us.

The house keeping wasn’t good. We checked in on Friday and on Saturday our trash cans were not emptied when it was serviced nor the room vacuumed.
On Sunday we left and returned to the hotel late at night and our room had not been cleaned at all. Very disappointing.
