The parking was easy as was check in. Our room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
Negatives:
The only thing we would change is the direction of the bed. It's hard to watch TV when the bed is not facing it. You get a stiff neck looking sideways.

Location was easy to move to downtown of other areas of the city.
Negatives:
All. Breakfast is very poor, the hotel itself is completely outdated, carpets are dirty and stinky. My room had a noisy air conditioner, dirty carpet, dirty corridor. The elevator had a milkshake on the floor for a full day before someone was able to clean it. Staff can be usually helpful or rude, depends who you get.

The location was great! And the front desk staff was very hospitable.

The cleanliness was awful. There was overflowing trash by the exit door. The room was like it was from the 80’s, there was hair (that wasn’t ours) on the floor in the restroom and the towels. It smelled of mold in the room. You could see through cracks in the door. We went to Target (down the street) and bought towels and blankets for the nights we were there.
