The lobby is gorgeous and you can tell thats the attention grabber but unfortunately the room I had did not match and seemed neglected.
Negatives:
My room had a smashed small roach in the wall above the tv and the carpet was missing parts of it in the walk way almost as if it was cut out or something. The AC was super noisy and making a high pitch sound off and on that I couldn't sleep very well. For what I paid in that area and comparing it to the last time I stayed it was definitely less quality and value. I don't think I'll be coming back as my experience was equal to hotels in the area that cost less.

Position on beltway 8 is a good compromise for different destinations between IAH and downtown plus western part of Houston
if I had a wish I would like to see a little more variation on breakfast. (some more fruits, fried eggs.....)

Love the smell as you walk into the lobby. I was surprised it smell really nice.The room was clean and I like that you provided a big bottle Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready to be used. I like the hot breakfast, it was filling. All the staff was super nice and reassuring me with details about how payments are process and they got my trust when I paid cash for the deposit.
Negatives:
Only issue I had was not getting enough towels for the 3 of us and the maid didn't come fix the bed or take out trash daily. We will bring extra towels next time we come back.
