Negatives: The elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor…. The stairs were completely discussing and smelled bad. The place itself didn’t feel clean. So skipped the breakfast to have better food.

Negatives: Need better shower heads

Negatives: The room was not clean enough. Also, I saw cockroaches in my room everyday.

Negatives: First room allotted had a messy toilet. The room was right away changed by the staff, the second room had unclean sheets, the staff gave us clean sheets which we changed ourselves.

Negatives: Both our room transfers had a bug problem, hallways have a weird smell and stains on carpets. Truly saddens me because the last time me and my family stayed here everything was perfect. It seems as though the second floor has an infestation problem.

Negatives: The room was full of bed bugs ! We had to leave in the middle of the night struggling to find another room. We asked for a refund and got nothing. I don't recommend you to stay here !! Spend 200 for a room i didn't even sleep in !

Negatives: I booked total of three rooms in this hotel and was completely disappointed with my stay. Room was supposed to be ready for 3 o’clock however we were still standing in the lobby till 5:45 pm. We were told the guest is refusing to leave. Even though it was a non-smoking hotel, the entire lobby, and even our room smell like marijuana. The hand sink in the bedroom, didn’t drain. The TV did not work. Carpet was dirty and stunk really bad. The AC took forever to catch up to even 70° temperature throughout the night. Randomly made loud noises at night. I had a book room booked with my wife and my three-year-old and there was one towel in the bathroom. The back door to the hotel was 24 hour accessible to the guest with bedroom key however, we had to walk around the building several times to gain entrance back to the hotel. The worst thing was the elevators. We were given a room on the third floor. Imagine how many times we had to do up and down the last 48 hours. The youngest one we had in the three kids with us is a two-year-old kid. It was a complete nightmare Please do not choose this hotel as it’s a complete waste of money. Yes it was convenient for what we needed, but it was a horrible, horrible family experience. I would’ve taken my family to another hotel but unfortunately, all the areas in hotels were sold out since it was a last-minute thing I will be contacting my credit card company because this was a total waste of my money.

Negatives: We have stayed there for 5 nights on 3rd floor. But the lift was was not working since first day of our stay. But it was not taken care till next 5 days. It was little discomfort by using stair case always.

Negatives: Worst hotel ever! The evening staff were rude and unprofessional and started arguing with me as soon as I asked about my room. The elevator wasn’t working and didn’t operate during my entire four-day stay. My room smelled like weed, the carpet was filthy, and bugs were everywhere. The pillows, blankets, and bed sheets smelled of sweat, armpits, and were disgusting. I would never recommend this place, even to my worst enemies. It’s totally not worth even a penny.
