Negatives: Bad location, the hotel is dirty and stinky everywhere, the dirty and stinky rooms too, the maintenance to the room go and do not change the bed linen, they only accommodate it, many cockroaches in the room, horrible and poorly cooked breakfast, people use this hotel to live as if it were an apartment, homeless people sitting in the lobby all day, the elevator not working, a horrible hotel, nothing like the pictures on this website

Negatives: I have a new born baby and the booked room is smoke free room. However, marijuana and cigarettes smell was all over the floor which make our room non-smoke free. Had to cut the stay short

Negatives: Guy up front Shared “bad news” which was elevators broken and only floor three was available. I asked for a discount he smirked and said I already got one cus I booked online. How’s that a discount? And if so I wouldn’t have booked at a property not up to par. Carpets where stairs were so dirty. Smelled of mildew. Room had stained sheets and roach in restroom. Smelled dirty. Didn’t complain once bc was going through so much emotionally I just dealt with it and left at 8 am.
