Breakfast is always wonderful! Lots of options! Always coffee and water! The little store is convenient as I forgot my toothpaste. Pool and spa are great and open for adults 24 hours which was nice for my husband and me. Shower is awesome! 6 showerheads! Quiet place and staff is diligent about keeping it safe! All doors are secure! We love to stay here when we are in town! The best value around and easy access to all major freeways! Lots of shopping and restaurants.

The only place we stay...
Positives:
The cheesy potatoes were soggy and horrible at breakfast. There was absolutely no meat available. I’ve stayed at less well-kept LaQuintas that offered bacon or sausage as well as boiled eggs. This was a major disappointment.

The location was ok and the facility was clean

During my stay at the LaQuinta by Wyndham of Willowbrook the hotel was under going renovation at the front of the building, which happened to be one the rooms that I was assigned (unknowingly.) Construction workers started working the next morning of my stay at 6:45-7:00am I was literally awakened to hammering and drilling. Remind you that I was never notified that the room I was being assigned was one of the rooms nor notified that construction would be working the next morning and when I went to ask for the manager she wasn’t at work yet, an front desk clerk told me she would be there at 9:30am so I waited until 11am which was check out time and the manager still never showed up to work by the time it was time to check out… I called the hotel later the same day around 2:00pm and a front desk clerk stated that she wasn’t in she was out at the store. Very Very disappointing and inconsiderate

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in! Staff is friendly, the rooms are super nice and clean! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub and, although we did not use it, the outdoor splashpad is such a nice addition for kids!
Breakfast was good and the gym is nice! Easy access to the freeways and toll roads and tons of places to eat and shop and the mall is right there! We loved it!
