Positives:
The room was clean but heavily worn. The carpets had holes through to the floor in three places, the tub was cracked and leaked water, and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower stall. The kitchen had no cooking equipment (no pot, no frying pan) but did have utensils, plates and glassware. The TV did not work. I did ask for another room but the hotel was full during the time of my stay.
Negatives:
Normally I like this hotel, but this room had a lot of wear and tear. The fact the TV didn't work didn't seem to bother the front desk. They told me they were in the process of changing out the TVs in the rooms and that this room had not been upgraded yet.

Front office staff was a joke, no customer service at all. The front staff was playing on cell phones. Went to complain but, was told to get online and do it lol. Guess the kids forget front office cameras show everything lol.

The fact that when my husband and I(wife) went to see the room it had a bad smell as if the previous renter had a pet it so happens that they did have a pet, I went and bought room freshner. I'm allergic to cats and my eye got red and swelled, I had to go buy eye drops. The curtain was torn, bathroom sink stopper was off, closet door wouldn't close, holes on the couch, one of the kitchen cabinet was missing the knob, when I went to take a shower there was only hot water. When I told front desk they said there was no on and that she'll tell her boss and that she will call me and that I wasn'tgonna be charged. I never received a call. It's a shame because it was our 1st time out in a long time and it was terrible. When I checked out I let know that alot of things needed to be done in that room, I didn't even get an apology.

The location of the property was nice close to a lot of food spots. Full fridge & kitchen supplies was also nice.
Negatives:
The hotel hallways all smell really bad. The halls & rooms all have noticeable damage to the walls & floors. My room smelled funny also has a leaky tub faucet dirty shower head & rusted light fixtures. The air conditioner in my room also is really loud makes a noise while running the air. I only had one towel in the bathroom for 2 guests so i went to ask housekeeping for towels she told me she didn’t have any even though it was plenty sitting on her cart. Went downstairs to ask lobby staff for towels and was told she didn’t have any until i demanded she check all of a sudden she has 2 towels. Also why is the pool closed all day with it being 96 degrees outside.
