Motel 6-Houston TX - 249 - Willowbrook

Positives: Never got to stay, the desk clerk or owner, said he couldn't find my name, he refused to look up my conformation #, I tried several times to give it to him after I tried with his wife, neither one could help me, & told me I could stay on my own for a total of $85 plus tax so like $90 +, instead of the total $73.80 that was quoted, I went back 2 car left to try & find another hotel because I had to b to work @ 5am it was already midnight, I called the booking.com customer service they pulled up my reservation no problem, had a bunch of bs bout gettin in touch with the desk clerk but no success, then i finally get some, info back bout the whole booking & reservation & even after not being able to contact them, the cancellation come through that it was cancelled by property & property manager,guess who the same desk clerck that said he couldnt find my reservation in the 1st place, I was so tired & frustrated, I had a horrible day @ work, my day was not 2gether & another hotel I went to on my own with even the same close price was over 15/20 minutes farther than this hotel from my job so I'm just past ready 2 scream
