Positives:
Never got to stay, the desk clerk or owner, said he couldn't find my name, he refused to look up my conformation #, I tried several times to give it to him after I tried with his wife, neither one could help me, & told me I could stay on my own for a total of $85 plus tax so like $90 +, instead of the total $73.80 that was quoted, I went back 2 car left to try & find another hotel because I had to b to work @ 5am it was already midnight, I called the booking.com customer service they pulled up my reservation no problem, had a bunch of bs bout gettin in touch with the desk clerk but no success, then i finally get some, info back bout the whole booking & reservation & even after not being able to contact them, the cancellation come through that it was cancelled by property & property manager,guess who the same desk clerck that said he couldnt find my reservation in the 1st place, I was so tired & frustrated, I had a horrible day @ work, my day was not 2gether & another hotel I went to on my own with even the same close price was over 15/20 minutes farther than this hotel from my job so I'm just past ready 2 scream

Staff was always slow and upset.
Shower water was room temp and sprayed in all directions. Shower head was disgusting
Unsafe neighborhood.
Floors weren’t swept
Tv screen was broken! Would just be pink and pixelated/
Stains on the floor. Remodel means, painting and nothing else.
Paint was everywhere
Pet urination stain by the night stand.
No access through side doors.
Mattress felt awful and you can feel every spring.
Pillows were just as bad

Seemed to be remodeled or in the process of being remodeled. Clean.

Bed was very worn. Had sunk in spots like someone slept in the same spot every night. Refrigerator didn't work.
