Negatives: The fact that i had to pay for a mistake one of the wrkers made. So now im behind. Also being a innocent by stander i think they need to take that in cosideration. I do pay to stay so i expect to be secured right.

Negatives: The lighting and the place was dated

Negatives: Did not eat breakfast. The motel was infested with roaches no way was we eating the food there was also mold/mildew on the beds, there were drug addicts using the motel as a primary place of residence just standing around the property smoking and carrying on. The waste from the dogs on property wasn’t cleaned up. The staircases smelled like pee. The office that the night shift employee was musty and smelled like mildew and the employee was talking to everyone like a prison guard. No customer service skills at all. When informed of the filthy room she gave us another dirty room. With someone’s what looked to be pubic hair in the bathtub.

Negatives: First off, I made arrangements with the property to arrive early. It was determined that it would be OK. When I got there, they charged me extra for early check in. Second, I booked the room for 2 nights. The first night I was there, I had an emergency that I had to go back home to in Austin, Texas. I didn't even stay there 1 night. I asked for a partial refund and was denied.
