We initially were checked into a dirty room. There is no coffee station or breakfast. We asked for a wake up call and did not get one.

I liked that it was very close to the skatepark, that was our second destination after our stay.

The cleanliness of the towels were questionable, but the most alarming was the stain on the sheets that we didnt see till after we slept on the bed.
