When I book the hotel online it stated that we had a pool, and workout room, all amenities were included they were not, not pool, no weight room, could not order movies on the TV, microwave did not work had to call often for it to be fix. Also tried to reach the manger for some type of refund that person was never available and left my number they never called

Never again and I travel...
Positives:
We loved the staff. We were going through a terrible time having to go to MD Anderson but the staff were so friendly they really uplifted our spirits. A special thank you to housekeeping & the front desk.

It was HOT! It felt like someone else was in control of the ac. Not just in our room but through out the hotel. I felt so sorry for the housekeeping having to work so hard in a hot environment. Hopefully it will be cooler on our next trip.

Easy access from freeway. The check in reservation clerk was awesome!! She had a beautiful nose ring and was very helpful. She came help us to get the TV reprogrammed. Above and beyond. A Wonderful Outstanding Worker (WOW)
