Negatives: Front desk llat check in and Check out. When I checked in front desk lady was very rude. Room was disgusting g with baby roaches crawling and carpet dirty amd sticky floor. Stains on the walls like splatters . Lamp did not work or phone and plugs

Positives: This hotel is clean, it accepts 1 dog and the staff is nice. They have 24 hour coffee in the lobby as well as a juice station from 6 am to 9 am.
Negatives: I would be nice to have a included breakfast.

Negatives: The room was clean but had a damp dank smell coming from the a/c unit I believe and you could smell it from the time you walked in the room and they dont have breakfast

Positives: Ive stayed in higher end hotels and I must say that this was the cleanest room I believe I have ever stayed in. The second room smelled of cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant, and the second booked room ran out of toilet paper and clean towels because the room was not serviced, but it was originally as clean as my first booked room. There were homeless individuals hanging around the vacant building right next door and some possibly sketchy others staying at the hotel but we were not bothered or harassed by them. This was just a low budget stay because of the inflation but I would probably stay again.
Negatives: Homeless people next lot over and not having room cleaning even though there was not a sign on the door.
