Positives: The convenience and how simple it was to book through the booking application without having to have a credit card in place for a deposit.

Negatives: When I checked in at the front desk I was asked if it would just be myself. To which I was by myself. This evening I had a friend that is in a bad spot so I was allowing this friend to stay with me to which the front desk guy said I told him it was just me which I did but I told him that has changed since checking in here. The front desk guy acts as if now if I wanted to stay another day that he will not allow me to extend my reservation. So that's really not very good business in my opinion therefore I will not extend my reservation tomorrow prior to check out time.

Positives: Everything was very clean and it smelled very clean when we walked in and everytime the cleaning ladies came in to clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved the hardwood floors vs the carpet most places use. Very dog friendly. Had a good sized area to take your pup to potty and it was fenced in! The parking lot and the dog area was very well lit at night. 24/7 coffee and juice bar available. Would recommend to friends and definitely stay again!

Negatives: No breakfast but hopefully in the future they could offer some breakfast pastries or muffins.
