Negatives: Breakfast quality may be improved.

Negatives: If anything, the mattress on the pull out couch was very thin. Something to place on top would have helped.

Negatives: Could of had King size bed and shower had a slow drip.

Negatives: the room was dirty - the carpet was sticky so i opted to always wear shoes in the room. there were hair on the inside of the shower curtain. the bed and towels seemed fairly clean so i opted to stay. There was gargabe on the chair ... I opted to always sit on a towel and never directly on the chair. the poolarea is cleaned MAYBE once a day. there were bundles of hair in the water and other garbage that i removed myself. The area is awful - just corporate. no good restaurants. you cant walk anywhere. lots of homeless and edgy people in front and beside the hotel. i felt very uncomfortable going outside. the breakfast was disgusting. the meat looked like it was lying in there for hours. every single piece surrounding breakfast is wrapped in plastic. only bonus - they had black tea and oat milk. there are tv's in every single corner of this hotel. as soon as you arrive at the front desk there is a tv on full blast together with a radio station. the breakfast room has several screens on different stations in full volume PLUS a radio station. because of how the fans are located you have flickering light all the time. every corner of the bistro has TVs.. it's horrible and absolute sensury overload. i hated every second in this hotel. the staff was ok but also not overly friendly or knowledgeable about anything.

Negatives: The way we were unaware of the procedure that we had to go through when booking

Negatives: I ordered some wingstop through Uber eats and one of the hostess or clerks at the front desks ate my fries and a few of my wings out of my box..my order was there for over the allotted time that they created so they took the initiative to eat my food..My partner and I were both very upset

Negatives: The pool could have been deeper and could have stayed open longer for adults but good for children so I won't complain to much

Negatives: The price of water in the hotel was not reasonable. That fact the hotel didn't have complimentary bottles of lotion was a miss. I had to switch rooms there, but the staff made it convenient and addressed the situation. The building is old, and the plumbing is old. It's probably the worst Residence Inn I've ever stayed in. The pool was very cloudy and didn't have chlorine.
