Positives: Staff were friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was leaking and the technician came in immediately to fix it up.

Negatives: The facilities are poorly maintained. The AC often stopped working at night and we had to keep turning it on. The AC was dirty and it had to be cleaned out by the technician. The bathrooms feel damp and the wall paper is peeling. Overall the rooms did not feel clean as the facilities are poorly maintained.

Positives: I LOVED THE SIZE OF THE ROOM AND MY KIDS LOVED THE POOL PLUS THE BASKETBALL COURT. THEY WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY COULD NOT GET IN THE POOL BECAUSE IT WAS TOO COOL, BUT WE WILL RETURN DURING THE SUMMER SO THEY CAN GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY IT MORE.
