Positives:
The air conditioning was not working Saturday evening. We called, were told a maintenance person was on the way, never saw one, and finally got cool the next morning.

Positives:
Check in took less than a minute and they were able to check me in early. I was able to take a much needed shower and nap right after my flight. Had all the amenities a kitchen should have but also had a room service option.
The incidentals fee was only $20, as opposed to $100-150 charged by other hotels. I will definitely have them on my list the next time I visit Houston.

Size and location. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to my needs. Everyone i interacted with was delightful.

There were roaches in my room. That is not satisfactory. I know the weather has a lot to do with critters. However, i didn’t like the idea of them being there. The bathtub also had a blemish (crack and small hole) in the tub.

I liked the proximity of the location to NRG arena, the comfortable beds, and the spacious room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The only minor issue we had was that there was no shower gel. This was quickly rectified with a visit to the front desk

Positives:
Wasn't able to try the breakfast. I worked nights & when I would get back to the hotel. Breakfast was still closed.

In all! Very Nice & Clean. I would say maybe more workout equipment & maybe a bigger place to workout if possible or earlier times to open for breakfast.
