Negatives: the rooms has bed bugs. ive been here with my family fir 3 weeks nd they have BITES ALL OVER THEM . and ive heard from other rooms they have hugs as well. need to get handled asap. I work for the city if houston and thes facilities are not where it should be. also me and my service animal was harassed. no one else cleans after their Animals. but the owner of the property (on video) said something to only me and no others staying as well. very poor customer service from the owner of the property.
