The breakfast was horrible, the clerk asked me for $100 for damage coverage, also they gave me a room with a whole bunch of issues also I got told that they will reimburse me as soonest I check out, and one week later I guess they decided to keep the damn money from existing issues or damages I believe, so not good at all...I will be quitting to use booking.com as well due to have two different situations like this.

The matreses were horrible. Look at the pictures. Young man at front desk unwilling to move us (2 rooms). Requested a refund and was told it was against hotel policy.Requested Manager, no Manager available, young man was in charge. It seems customer service, just making it right was against hotel policy. Pictures are from two rooms, 2 beds in each room. Stained with blood, feces other gross stuff. He did get on his cell phone and was texting someone, Manager maybe? When we asked him he denied he was texting anyone.

I was double charged and they couldn’t give me a clear explanation even though I showed them my bank account and where they made the error. Not to mention my hotel has blood stains on the curtains and the water pressure in the shower was terrible.
