The room facilities are pretty dirty, the floor were with apparently thrown up, beds and blankets with stains what looked like blood. The bath supplies were empty and not appropriate at all and all of them miss the dispenser so it wasn’t possible to use them. We stayed five nights and we requested for the cleaning services since day one, they cleaned just until the forth day after a big complain at the front desk. The air conditioner did a annoying noise when it was working, we needed to turn it off when were to sleep because it wasn’t possible with that noise.
The breakfast was include but the food was expired, old, cold, there were people who supposed to refill the stations but they didn’t do at all even if we asked them for the food.
The social areas were dirty too and the garbage cans were full and overloaded

STAFF was by far the best feature of this hotel which is why I gave that rating. They were courteous and they were constantly cleaning around the hotel. The AC was cold and the shower worked well. The hotel is next to Tequila 45, a hidden gem in Houston with a high quality menu with great pricing. The restaurant stays open until 2 am so you can party and still catch a 5 star meal late night. I can tell you that the quality of the food at this restaurant is 2nd to none...better than Pappadeaux and most other high end restaurants I've had for sure, at a much, much cheaper price. Three of us ate a 5 star meal for less than 100US...

The pictures of the hotel suggested that this was a Sonesta Hotel; but, unfortunately, the Sonesta is now the Green Tree Inn; but, the hotel is being sold as a Sonesta on booking. Our room had deep stains on the rug throughout and was old and outdated and reeked of an unpleasant scent. The bed was extremely comfortable though. The room and hotel just need to be remodeled, as you can tell that it was once the cream of the crop, but it's much too old now. The area has ppl lurking late night as well. Hotel would be great if remodeled.

The hotel was roach infested. We woke up to roaches crawling on our belongings. A huge roach fell on my husband in the shower. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. I was so worked up that once we saw they were everywhere, we packed and left. To let people stay here and not say anything, knowing you could potentially take these bugs home, I'm still upset.The staff were nice and polite at check-in. It makes sense why now. Is the only good thing I can say about the stay.

I hate it I made the reservation and at the last minute they say they canceled and it didn't went through and my family and I need to try to get a hotel at the last minute. The customer service horrible didn't even explain the situation good and it didn't even offer a apology or nothing.

The hotel did not have our reservation. They did not have a luggage cart. The elevator did not work and they had no rooms on the ground floor. The place was shabby. We left.
