The price was affordable.

Staff had an attitude, some guy standing in the lobby staring at everyone with his hand inside his bag like he wanted to do us something . His eyes followed us up the elevator. The kids were scared. The room I requested was not granted . When I went down to the lobby to tell the guy at the front desk he had an attitude . So we left. Will never stay at the property again.

Even though room was clean & the entire hotels now designated as being non-smoking, my room definitely had a smokey smell to it like it used to be a smoking room once b4 whenever was owned by another company. Am worried wont get my $100 deposit back

Rooms had a unpleasant smell, moldy, wet couch, carpets super dirty and the toilet was leaking, parking lot filled with waste all over, the swimming pool super dirty, hallways smelled like marijuana, ice machines did not work, sheets stained. NEVER AGAIN

Fist off my card was charged before I checked in without consent! When I called the hotel I was told a refund would be issued if required upon check in .
After checking in we head to our room to find the tv didn’t work and there were several red colored stains on the carpet.We called the front desk and was told she would send someone to check the tv. 30 -40 minutes went by we called the front desk and no one would answer. My husband walked downstairs and we were assigned another room .
We moved to the 5th floor to a room slightly bigger however the room had a horrible smell of pet urine and vinegar
At this point it was late so we sanitized the room and stayed the night. 
This was the worst experience !

Every thing else was poor.dirty room,never servesd during our stay for 3 night.Dirty stained carpet The room phone and and the coffee machine was broken.There was no tissue box in the room.The breakfast was poor.Bad experience.Very disappointed.
