Indoor/Outdoor Pool, very nice staff, room was clean

Even though room was clean & the entire hotels now designated as being non-smoking, my room definitely had a smokey smell to it like it used to be a smoking room once b4 whenever was owned by another company. Am worried wont get my $100 deposit back

Rooms had a unpleasant smell, moldy, wet couch, carpets super dirty and the toilet was leaking, parking lot filled with waste all over, the swimming pool super dirty, hallways smelled like marijuana, ice machines did not work, sheets stained. NEVER AGAIN

Checking in was simple and easy and the location was great!

pull out didnt have sheets or cover called the front desk and they asked me to come get them. took my kids downstairs and waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they didnt have any. Had to travel late at night with small kids to get a blanket and sheets

Towels need to be purchased ASAP. They have seen better days. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were obviously not checked between guests. Charging a deposit, but 3 days later has not been refunded to my account. No incidentals. No damag

Location from the airport. Even though they advised free shuttle, after trying for over 2 hours to get the shuttle, I paid uber twenty dollars to get to the hotel. They said they changed the phone number. They wouldn't pay for the uber.
