A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Negatives:
No coffee in the machine first 2 days. Had to walk to McDonald's for morning coffee. Wasn't like the machine was broken. They were out of coffee. Also was told prior to arrival that I might be able to upgrade for an additional $7.00 per night. I was willing to upgrade. No upgrades were available.

The hotel is in a good location and close to stores, restaurants and University of Houston Clear lake
The rooms are clean, updated decor they also provide free coffee and laundry. Spacious parking. a gazebo and dog walk. The rooms have kitchens with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, microwave and refrigerator. Nice size rooms. Jash the general manager and his front desk Elizabeth went above and beyond to accommodate my hotel stay thank you!. The price is good I would come back.

There was a dog that was in the room next to us that barked all night long they also stomped on the floor. there were flees that bothered us both nights. The toilets didn’t flush if you put the toilet paper in it.
