Negatives: The side door wouldn’t work one day but was fixed promptly the next day

Negatives: The manager and staff were all super nice, they were able to work with my changing dates, due to work. HOWEVER, there was a miscommunication between myself and one of the front desk staff on the exact dates and what was being charged and what wasn’t, etc (which I understood because I had to keep changing the dates, but thinking I had paid at this point) my total amt for the dates in question were way MORE than the quoted rate I was given, also, btw) The “general manager” was SO rude to me. Treated me like complete dirt. She had the “property manager” come knock on my door telling me the front desk needed me up there now for pymt. He waited outside my door (like I’m a criminal when I had already paid money to stay there, to my knowledge) he walked me up to the front desk following behind. As soon as I walk up she started Saying “you haven’t paid anything for your stay. You can’t just stay here for free, that’s not how it works…” I showed her where I had paid and she still talked to me like I was an idiot. I was humiliated, because she also had a customer, who was checking in, step aside so she could be downright rude and condescending to me. I am a very nice person. reasonable, I’m calm, I’m understanding…but she literally humiliated me. That wasn’t necessary. I wasn’t even argumentative or rude to her at all. She had a nasty look on her face as soon as I walked up to the front desk. The way she treated me was awful. She told me “you have to get out, you have to go. I need you out by 3pm” (um, it was 2:45. I had a weeks worth of two people’s stuff to shove out in 15 minutes) then we had nowhere to go because it was at the last minute. She is what made my stay a bad one. To think your paid up and then be treated like your some sort of criminal was just wrong. She needs to work on her “people skills” and has no business being a “gm”

Negatives: No pool

Negatives: The handicapped room I was in was infected with roaches we spent the most of the night killing them. We ask to move to another room he said he had none. But when I went to the desk the next morning early very early the other guy said they did have one. We had to check our bags to make sure no roaches got in it. Than we ask for extra sheets and it was cover with blood stains. All the front desk said was cleaning people have to do better. I have video of all the roaches and pictures of the sheets. I will be contacting head people of this place. I need my refund. This was the most horrible hotel I have ever been in pictures are so false on line. Please think twice about staying here.

Negatives: I book a room when I got there they told me there were no rooms available and they will cancel by reservation then when I try to get my money they said I didn’t check in
