Positives:
Stayed here another night. Clean, comfortable rooms, well maintained and safe surroundings. Close to drug store, supermarkets and eateries. Friendly staff. We even noticed that the green lawn was being cut and the sidewalks to the rooms were being cleaned during the short stay. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and offered cleaning of accommodation second night.

The breakfast met my expectations because I just like to have a coffee with some fruit in the morning. The location is clean. That was my second time staying there and I would stay again. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how polite that staff was.

This is my second trip to Houston and we booked this hotel again because everything about it is great! The beds are very comfortable. The room can easily get to the temperature that you want it at. It doesnt feel so humid like the other hotels that were all inside one building that you needed an elevator to get to your room. It was well ventilated. We suggest keeping the temperature around 69 to 72 and if you want to keep it fresh, around 73 to 76. My fianc and I like a cold room. It stays cold all day that we actually have to raise the temperature to about 75~ sometimes when we go out so we arent too cold when we get back and take a late shower. The restroom is a good size and very clean. I personally like rooms that dont have carpet or if they do, it has to be very little because it eventually starts to smell over time. If it does have carpet, it needs to be well maintained after each stay. No carpet makes it much easier to clean up. My fianc and I will definitely keep coming to this hotel! The location is in a very nice part of Houston which is a plus. There is a good amount of parking and we dont have to pay extra for it.

The pillows could be just a bit softer. The thing I dont get is that if you are not connected to the Wifi for too long, it disconnects you and the password that they give you no longer works anymore. This happened to me on my 3rd of a 4 day stay. We were out of the hotel from about 10am to 9pm exploring. I had to borrow my fiancs hotspot to get some work done. He recently got a hotspot, so if he didnt have it, I would have had to travel to the nearest Starbucks for wifi since I was on a timer. I would really like that to be fixed since I do a lot of online work on my laptop and iPad as soon as we get back to the hotel. A backup password would also be great or at least have that original password work up until we have to check out. That is the one thing I didnt like. It didnt happen to me before, so we were shocked it wasnt working.

The small property limits the amount of traffic on the property which is attractive. The management are good people who genuinely care. Thank you Bee. The coffee is always a bonus and always fresh whether 6 am or noon. The rooms are comfortable & have black out curtains which add to the comfort even with the 100 degree temps

They charged me $100 deposit on top of the room fee and i still do not have that credited to my account. Where is my money????? They said it was a hard of hearing room, it did not have a closed captioned/tty phone, did not have an alarm connected to the light or blinking alert system, the door has a button but they do not use it they knock i am deaf/hard of hearing and it was not accommodating at all like it said. There were lots of bugs in the room.
