the staff need to do the job we are spending couple nights there and the second day we asked to mop the floors and change shower towels, but they do nothing when we get back to the hotel, we called the office and the handle the mop to us to do mop the floors???? bad bad and bad staff.

The room was a good size and surprisingly clean. The hot water and water pressure was very good also. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
The complimentary breakfast was not enough of a selection to be considered breakfast. It is not fair to advertise that you offer breakfast when it is just a choice of coffee, tea, juice, or fruit.

My partner and 2 kids turned up after the tornado went through their suburb and were told there was no reservation, even though we had a booking.com confirmation number and email. Then after they left the building they issues the cancellation email proving there was in fact a valid booking in the system. Now my partner and children are sitting in a house with no power.
