Bed was good. The room was good.
Negatives:
Hotels seem to not cater as much to the occupants. I hold the Westin and Marriott to a higher standard than other hotels and based on the cost, it should be. Just little things like a complimentary meal voucher, free gourmet cookie or free transportation to events like games, concerts etc. It seems like since Covid, many of those things that made you want to pay a little extra have been lost. I hope you all will be the first to step it up.
The staff was excellent! This goes to those who would rather cut corners and increase profit by 100% than care about the customer.
