Firstly the staff and especially Ms. Amy Dubon and Ms. Carmen at the front desk.. They were excellent and polite. Overall everybody that i interacted with were extremely helpful and that applies to the engineering staff as well! Also, it had an excellent location with direct access to the galleria mall. The bathroom was spacious and well stocked. The room was neat and clean. Great value for money.
