Brittany, the front desk attendant was absolutely fantastic. She’s the “crown jewel” of your establishment, great customer service.
Negatives:
I love the location and the way the general areas are maintained. Although, breakfast was a bit lacking, the variety was a plus. The housekeeping staff had to be asked 3 times to service our suite and only did so when I informed management it hadn’t been done on day 4. That’s the only thing that would make me likely book at a different location for my next visit.

The pull out bed was absolutely filthy. There was no way anyone should have to sleep on that couch. Additionally the second night I kept smelling pee, It was coming from the bed. I thought it was the sheets and I asked the front desk to give me new ones because housekeeping was gone. Me and my husband changed the sheets and the smell still lingered. I think it was the mattress! This hotel does not take the extra step to make sure things are clean. It may look clean on the surface but a pee stained mattress and filthy pull out bed is absolutely gross!! I would never stay here again.

Good location. Right next to Walmart and many fast food places so easy to get food if you have no car . Also only $6 by Uber to the Galleria shopping mall, $15 to the museum area and $30-40 to the space centre
Negatives:
Very disappointing- arrived with my grown son after flying for 15 hours only to be told that the room with 2 beds I booked had been given away and nothing they could do for 2 days so I had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed . Also gym and pool closed and there was no communication regarding this and no discount offered . It was really disappointing and upsetting after all the travel we had to get there . Air conditioning is very loud and our second room smelt badly from food cooked by previous guests.
