I like the fact that the property is close to the airport and downtown. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Byron made sure we got everything we needed to make us comfortable, he went over and beyond to ensure we had an awesome experience! The breakfast was great.

Negatives:
1. My flight came in a bit late, reached the hotel a bit adter 9 and Waited about 30 mins or more to check in as no one was at the front desk.
2. The guy that was to be at the front desk, literally looked at us, saw us waiting and left us there & came back about 10 Mins later, when he came back we could not believe he was the one that was to be there!
3. Checking us in took about 10-15 mins, we did not reach in our room until about minutes to 10 that night.
4. Checking out was easy as the ladies at the front in the morning was a bit more approachable and explained the cost and break down to us as the guy the night before did not& the most he said to us was "put your card in here" & gave us the room key.
5. The towels were dirty & 2 out of the 3 of them had short little hairs in them
